#2I am assuming you are trying to recruit players. My first suggestion would be... put your alliance name in here, my second suggestion would be try posting in the right area (I have moved your post to the correct one)... my third suggestion.... learn how to rule the game (basically learn the game) then try ruling the universe

#3Beside, its the non commissioned officers that truly rule the world. There's about a half dozen of us former and current NCOs playing the game now.
