There is no rule violations in their terms, which is what makes it so damned harsh. HF can change their tag without disbanding and can also surrender, though surrendering will do little as ~V~ can just restart the war over and over as much as they like. Which tells you how ridiculous these terms are.

Yeah I am real active... it takes all of what 3 minutes tops to sit down, log in, post and log off.... UNLESS you know what is going on in my RL kiss off SBT. Me getting out of vmode would necessitate me sitting at the computer for long hours to keep up with things, not gonna happen anytime soon. As for my opinions.... I am in vmode yes, but I have as much right to come in here and post my opinions as anyone else. So as to your suggestion I keep my opinions to myself... yeah... that isn't going to happen anytime soon either.

Well what is unclear is whether one sides can "Accept" or "Reject" a surrender. If one side can simply "surrender" with no obligation, then wars are completely pointless. The very meaning of surrender suggests losing something or giving something up in exchange for a cessation of hostilities.

If the rules are stating that you can "surrender" with no repercussions or obligations, the wording needs to be changed because that is not surrendering that is simply quitting. It would have to say, "One party abandons the war, who is then declared the loser."

I am not sure how you can speak for HF when you joined them in (v) mode and have never done anything to help them. I dont know about your RL but it does not matter. i am only pointing you out since you are the loudest and you have yet you leave (v) mode. we are just supposed to listen to you? Right now your relevancy does not change if you left HF or stayed. all you did was talk while your alliance mates suffered alone. you were not there to help with moon shots or spying or trading or anything.

but i got plenty pots and pans to throw and i can always remove the kitchen sink and use that

Gumppy i dont think you get it btw! You will not get us, the only way you will is if we went, here, have my fleet which funnily enough were NOT gonna do, you have more chance of us changing our name to that stated in stupid term which i dont think were gonna do!

I trained my soldiers well! Infact so well that we as an alliance grew like fire and now sit in the top 5! However we have fallen a place or 2 for defense lmao

As i said at the begining of the war when i laughed at the reason for the ot! We will not DISBAND and we will NOT change our alliance name or TAG.

Hells Fury will continue and we will grow until the hunted becomes the hunter!

As i have said several times before, see you on the battlefield ~V~

Kudos to you Bobz for that statement, stick it to the man! I am fairly impressed with with how well HF has done this far in the war. I do not, however, think you stand much of a chance. I can't really take sides in who I support as I have made friends with several people in each alliance. All I can say is I hope that I am wrong and you can leave relatively unharmed. I was wrong when I said you would get annihilated though, so who knows if I'll be right this time.

MY @*** you trained your soldiers well...Zookon came into RAWK where i and Myrsee passed information to help make Zookon better...when he entered he had his planets clustered which is a complete waste for someone trying to be a fleeter..Istalris and the rest helped as well..and when Slash announced he was quiting he took that oppurtunnity to jet back to you guys.

I find it extremely arrogant on your part to take credit from where it should have been given and as far as never getting your fleets..i found it once and the VW bailed em out..to think i won't find it again or that SoC or SBT won't find it is also arrogant.

yes now you see it there was a personal agenda against Zoo from me and the only thing that added fuel to the flame was the 'Stings doesn't it Gump' when he bailed into VM.

SO it is YOU bobz that don't get it i don't care if it takes 6 hours or 6 months i WILL get it done!

the only shame being done to an alliance is you everytime you open you mouth to take credit from the Guys that was Zookon's alliance mates in RAWK!!
