I have just received a PM from josh asking me to declare war on Eldrith~Arathis. No I will not Joshandrew. There's enough violence commited by these two alliances, I don't need to add more to it. But I do dislike Eldrith~Arathis's fleets and I will keep an even more vigilant eye for any grounded fleets of E~A.

Oh so josh feels that he cant do it himself and he needs back-up??
