Trying to recycle

Hi all,

I'm trying to recycle debris from around my planet, but I keep getting a "action not possible" error message when i do. Any idea why?

Do you have a Recycler to gather the debris, no other ships will work

Also, be sure you are actually targeting the DF, not the planet.
