The milking rule applies to all servers.

The bashing rule limits attacks by a single player on Speed, Mass, X, and Standard to five per moon or planet within a 24 hour period.

There is no bashing rule on Reloaded, meaning you can attack any planet or moon of any player as many times as you’d like in this universe. Defense regen is also insanely high on Reloaded though (90%+).
