Life4ever vs Witchywoman[RAWK]

Ok I realize that this is not a major bang up to some, however it is hopefully a lesson learned for attackers AND it was very profitable for me. Let me just say that ... if you probe someone and see they have a very small fleet, some resources and some defense, it does not necessarily mean you will be going home rich. Learn to read espionage reports. If you see on that report a shipyard of 13 and a level 5 nanite.... you may wish to rethink your hitting strategy and make sure the target is not on. And always....always safety probe. For those who do not know, SY13 and Nan 5 equals insta-build light lasers, it takes less time to build them with this set up than it does to refresh the page and key them in. Therefore, 10 seconds before an attacker hits, you can have built more than 5000 light lasers as long as you have the resources on the planet.

Which means you may have a *buffet* delivered to your door. His intent was to hit with no loss or very little so he sent no recs. The df was recovered by me.

For super fast build times, I have Shipyard 16 + Nanite 5 (with a Nanite 6 on the way). This makes most of the lower end units instant build. Like witchy said, i could put in 50,000 Light Lasers, refresh the page and they would be done. It also helps to have this speed when you are building the bigger (capital ships) vessels en mass.

Shipyard is the equivalent of a Robot Factory for ships and defenses, Robot Factory only affects buildings.
