I didn't think this was a problem the first time it happened, but then it happened again today.
It happened on my home planet, both times. After sending off the resources on ground to my moon, like I did the rest of my planets, it kind of froze and stopped producing resources. When the transport mission was sent, i switched on to other planets to launch the same transport mission. But on returning to this planet half an hour later, the resources were at the same level as they were when the transport mission was initiated. And it was only when I came back to the planet that production of resources was resumed.
And I also verified the odd low levels of resources by comparing the resources on this affected planet with the resources of other planets of the same mines level. And there's was significantly higher than my home planet. So, my home planet stopped producing resources from the moment when the transport mission was sent till when I had reasons to check back on this planet. The time between the two occurrence can't be no more than 3weeks. Or it could be 1week, i'm not so sure. And there was about a week of vacation mode between the 3weeks I said earlier. I mean, the first time may have happened sometimes before I went into vacation mode for a week, and then I came back Sunday and it happened again today. OR the first time happened at the beginning of this week and it happened again today.
I'll like this to be looked into, I don't want it to happen again.

Re: Mines stop producing resources after resources harvest.
#2Sometimes, the planet resources will not update at first page load. This does not mean that the planet is not producing/have not produced. We log timestamps to ensure not even a single second of production is lost. Plus, whenever a mission tries to collect, it will always collect the right amount, regardless if you have opened the page or not.
So, check for these 2 things:
-Is it a page load (display) issue? If yes, it should display the correct amount on another page load.
-Has perhaps your transport emptied the planet earlier? If yes, check the transport on air or the transport report.

Re: Mines stop producing resources after resources harvest.
#3It is not a page load issue because the resources between when the planet was emptied and page reload is lost. I know this because the resources on my home planet is significantly lower than the other planets and they have the same mine levels. And all transport was done in the same minute. From my calculation, I lost more than an hour production.
One fix I can think of is, after sending the transport mission, I should reload the planet page. Resource production should resume. But why do I have to do that for this particular planet when others normally continue production after transport missions?

Re: Mines stop producing resources after resources harvest.
#4Zorg didn't even get back to me on this.
And by the way, it happened again today. But this time, I had to reload the page about 3 times to make sure the planet is producing resources. But when I went back there about 20mins later, I noticed it stopped. The metal stopped at 130K and the crystal stopped at 49K. Whereas on another planet of the same mine level, the metal has gone up to 300K. And the transport all happened in the same minute. There is no way the difference in resources would be that large. I'm sure if I had gone back an hour or two later, I would have lost resources up to an hour production or two hours.
So, this is a problem.
