We have a defenders of the week, an attackers of the week, a raiders of the week. For all these issues there is also an all time attackers and an all time defenders. Once upon a time I suggested an all time raiders list. The answer was that this was easily doable and should not be a problem and the suggestion was that it may be implemented. That was a good two years ago, any hope that it might be again doable?

I would like to as about the possibility of increasing the level of resources regeneration in Standard. Could this be increased?

Is sending a very long Defend/Attack/Espionage mission at another player just to annoy them allowed? For instance, I am currently being defended for 160+ hours by a single probe and recycler from an opponent... There's obviously no purpose behind this except to be a bit of a nuisance. Not a big deal, but this is considered spam, right?

i did that to someone before and was told it was indeed against the rules counting as spam. i did a long attack like 2 weeks arv time just to keep my target from v mode o i could hit him.....its not allowed

It is useful at times, as for instance in times of War, to keep an opponent on his or her toes (or better yet, off his or her guard).

Clearly, we would not wish to delve from that Harassment of War to just plain harassment period.

Common sense applies. Now if the opponent is too soft or easily offended, it does not mean that administration will back him up.

We got a great pool of reports, as we never delete reports. So we do check the history of a player who is reported. If there are multiple reports from different players, then we will obviously be stricter. No one wants a repetitive violator/spammer.
