Returned from vmode yesterday and spotted Killer_Nation with fleet down... Quickly went looking and found a few RIPs on one of his planets with depleted res, but not his main fleet. Checked again later and it was clear he was collecting res; judging by the approximate transport time I guessed to the same location where I had spotted the RIPs. Had a hunch he wouldn't move before fleet saving, so a few hours later I decided it was worth popping the small moon where I had spotted the RIPs. Nothing after the first MD, so popped two inactive moons one system over and found his full fleet on lanx, as suspected.
