Missiles Range

Hi all,

It has come to our knowledge a discrepancy in between the help file of Missile silos and what really happens.
Help File wrote:Each Silo level, also increases your IPMs range by 5 systems.
What really happens wrote:Impulse Tech increaces your IPms range by 5 systems per level
For us, the correct way seems to be the missile silo based one. However, you have been using current system for a long time so we though to get your feedback first.

How you think this should work?

I think I would actually prefer if both silo level and impulse engine increased missile range; impulse engine increasing general range, and silo level increasing range for a particular planet. This would prevent the problem where someone needs a huge number of fields taken up with silos just to get a decent missile range. As such, I will abstain from voting.
