Go to User Control Panel, profile, edit signature. There you will find where and how to insert a signature. There is a text box for you to enter what you need.

Now it's just finding a picture and text that suits you.

Obviously it's up to you what you put. I don't know how your coding is but obviously the [img]http://[/img] bit is the bit that will help you, insert what you will after the second forward slash.
