#2Can I pile on and also suggest 'planned departures'?
primary intention: lets say my fleet is down and i want to ninja someone, but my internet is being a pain, I want to tell my fleet to depart at some exact time, that way if my internet cuts out, my fleet will still make the ninja.
also
lets say i'm under attack and a fleet is coming to ninja this attack (friend or own) but I have a ton of cargoes that will be destroyed, if my internet is sketchy I don't want to risk those ships so if I can plan a departure of those cargoes and recyclers to the debris field 1 second before the attack I don't have to worry.

#3A Two Legged dispatch would not necessarily created more

#5I think the basics of this is a good idea. Also, a quick launch facility for stuff that you may have created short cuts for? A regular farm, instead of selecting the type and amounts of ships, just have a default that you can create yourself, launch at the worlds you want to attack by selecting your default selection of ships.
