Yes, I do not see why you should regulate us and say whether we should or shouldnt be allowed to trade rubies for resources just because it doesnt benefit you... If it is not in the rules then it is not against the "law" to do it. It isnt abuse of any sort. Now once I see it in the rules or Zorg says so I will drop the subject. But for now I do not see a rule, I do not see how one person buying the rubies or a few rather than all could effect Zorgs income from ruby purchases and I do not see why you are getting so defensive against players doing this or having the option to do so.

In the meantime, err on the side of caution. Zorg has "Mentioned it" in passing in a previous post. Although it's not in the rules, it has been posted. How a player is meant to understand the rules though when it's not in the rules, lol, I don't know.

Perhaps trolling through every post to see if there is a rule not listed in the "Rules" is the best way forward.

Had Gozar not quoted this post, I would never have seen it.

So Sprog, sorry to say that Gozar thinks your "quotation" of mightyoz is pointless (amongst a MULTITUDE of othe r players).

Gozar, your points are confusing. You say there is a rule against ruby trading and you think its a good idea, then you say there should be a limit, then you say we shouldnt be able to trade at all.

I would quote the areas where YOU stated this, but that would be pointless as all can read right?

you say that ppl will find a way to exploit and I bring up a way that it may be exploited and you say it has nothing to do with that.

Honestly I think you are the first person I have met in a long time that can have a debate on both sides and win both times and only the mediator would be wrong.

To the best of my knowledge and unless they changed the rules while I was away... trading rubies is NOT against the rules. I really can't say that one of the admin getting on Zorg and stating it is officially not allowed yet they have NOT placed it any rule that I have seen, does not make it official. Zorg stated a very long time ago that if it were something against the rules they would make sure it was put for all to see in the Rules.

To me trading of rubies should be fine as long as it still follows the milking/pulling rules. If it is a lower player getting rubies from a higher player they are most likely using them for the benefit of their account, not trading them back to the higher player for resources that the higher player can give to them for nothing. If it is a higher player wanting rubies from a lower player to buy resources from them, then I say get off your arse and learn how to raid and build your mines.

But then this is just coming from the old Witchy. *grabs her broom and rides off*

Gozar quoted what Zorg has said. That being it is against the rules.

I have said and now Witchywoman, nowhere in the rules does it say that this is against said rules.

CLARIFICATION PLEASE!!!

If indeed it is wrong to trade/supply rubies, it needs to be in the rules, NOW!

lol ignorance is bliss...u lot are happy right? You all missed my post and its relevance.......zorg posted ages ago...it was accepted....we all want transparency over any res to ruby trades.......we all know why I am asking this...if you really don't know why ( seriously!!!!) then send me an in game pm) .....I really do worry about some of you sometimes lol....... :D

It was not missed. I however do not like it when someone says oh it is against the rules and have no proof thereof. That is the only reason I made a comment in here.

However if you wish you can go back all the way to 2009 when supposedly they were working on the trade system then. It has come up more than a few times. It just never seems to get completed.
