1. only counting for topics that started after the announcement, and not counting replies past the end of the competition
2. we are counting every 3 replies on a particular topic not including attacker or defender
3. posts are counted regardless of the status of the poster

Now, on second phase. The main reason I wanted the playerbase to do this count,is because you know the in-game to forum username relevance. If it was only a count only, I could have done it already,right? For example, jim... you say he quit? Who is jim at forums? The same jim username with 1 post during the contest? I do not know. I need to run a checkup for everyone that the username is not the same.
