Not sure where you got the idea Buzz is banned?
Dredd is also known as Karnage, Dredd being banned from comments in another thread apparently opened another forum account to post a reply here.
Hopefully that clears it up

So, my question was has "Dredd" been banned? Not Buzz, perhaps it was lost in my question.
