by a Show of Hands, let us see how many people actually read the forums.
how many people are active in the game, see if we can't figure out something to bring in more players to the game.
Re: How Many Players?
#2i think this will get you bad results from this, I would guess that over half the people who read the forums will not post...
Re: How Many Players?
#7well ok
and as for bringing more people
in there is that and retention, I have a few ideas about the latter but initial recruitment/advertising is mainly up to game owners.
One thing they could do is offer a slightly more generous ruby reward for referrals because personally over a couple of years in the game, I don't remember anyone having benefited from the current system, at least not
that they mentioned.

Re: How Many Players?
#8I couldn't get anyone to stay long enough for me to benefit from them leveling up so i could get some rubies.
Re: How Many Players?
#10I have invited several players,
they have looked the site over and said
""""" NO""""""""
Not enough active players,
and I have to agree,
as you have noticed, my acct has been blue now for going on 3 months
and that is sad,
Zorg; with a few "simple changes" could make this site
as active as the old "0-Crack-o-Dawn" site,
8 - 900 active players in each universe,
When I 1st started playing my home planet was in Gal.1
by the time I got a colony ship to colonize my 1st colony
I had to go all the way too Gal.6 just to find a desirable empty slot too colonize
that's how many players there were,
DF's from fleet crashes were a common thing
at least 4-5 HoF's (Hall of Fame-ers ) posted to the board each week,
( Any fleet crash that produced a DF for a 20% Moon Shot size )
Zorg has the best user friendly Overview, Galaxy View, and fleet screen,
all that's needed is a few small changes to the playing field and players will come and stay,
Zorg could have player base of 5-6-7,000 players world wide,
and be the most active of all the "Space Battle" Games,
Players will not stay active here, when there is no incentive to stick around
Jst my
