i'm now the alliance leader as my former leader quit and make me the temporary leader until we vote for a new leader, but i dont hv a rights to 'manage rights alliance' from the alliance page,
can someone help me what should i do?

Take the name of every member, disband, then recreate the alliance with the same name and function using cut and paste wear you are the leader is the best I can think of.
