I warned this player not to continue to antagonize me. I took my issue to his alliance leader and he has since started his own alliance (SHOCKWAVE) and so i am declaring war on his alliance. He has called me a couple choice names that have tipped the scales towards war.
War to last 7 days from the lifting of the bashing rule. Surrender is not an option.

He has been informed of the declaration.
