As space battles became larger and more fierce, the resultant debris fields became too large to gather safely by conventional means. Normal Recyclers could not carry enough due to small cargos.
Thanks to new technology and specially built equipment and cargo space to gather wreckage, gathering debris no longer is a hassle. Each Recycler can gather 1,500,000 units of debris.

i think you've made it too cheap...
if its that cheap it starts become a rival to elite cargos...

and i still don't see zorg moving on it... (pity)

well i mean, it just makes sense, but i wated it to be a little faster, not as fast as the elite cargo, but also not as slow as a basic recycler, an amplified version of the recycler. and i like ur tech uses but i dont think those structure points are that good. it deserves maybe more? and 800k space is reasonable i agree maybe 1mil even?.....
