Was waiting for the war to end to declare, however its become obvious by persistence how some players clearly have enough time to throw around suicides and insults and often spying. This shouldnt distract you from your war to much, il mainly just be going for the ones that have given me agro & look for proffit on the alliance.

Was also going to declare on T R as a happy member thought to waste of 50 million res worth on IPM's to a member of HC along with lots of pathetic spam insults.

This is player Vs alliance war, HC are not involved, and neither are Mercs. And only are the players that are in the alliance ATM will participate in the war. (will edit a list of players in the alliance asap)

I would also like to post a new rule I created for EP before the war started. If these stupid noob attacks don't stop, I will be kicking alliance members.

Attacking Hells Champions is now against the rules unless there is a 1 million profit or more.

The constant annoyances which some players in our alliance deem necessary are putting everyone at great risk. We cannot stand a full blown attack from HC.

Punishments for unprofitable attacks on HC will be as follows.

A first time offender will receive a warning.

A second time offender will lose all rights for a week. You will not be able to see members list or send circular messages.

A third time offender may be banned or have rights revoked for a month.

Any fourth time offenders will be banned.

that was fast, from what i understand some your members have as big as/bigger fleet than mine.

nice warning list, dont missunderstand, iv been hit for res on a moon/small bit of fleet i'v forgotten about and someones taken advantage of and profits profit congratts. its just the suicide that causes a planets day res of loss to me, loss to the attacker, and then they dont bother with the d/f.. its a waste of their time and a waste of mine and so acts like a beacon on who to hit.
Im sure everyone else in HC feel the same way, we are as open to being hit as anybody else and sometimes leave proffit accidently, but just like everybody else, we get annoyed when people do annoying/pointless things.

let me know if u change your mind in future, im sure many will tell you how im an inactive noob that cant build a fleet without ''help'' and it would be nice to have something to do apart from raid and collect res.
