Well evade them. That is pretty much all any can do whether they declare war on your or not. Its not that a big a deal, that is half the game -evading stronger playing. I haven't seen anyone mount a sustained offense against them.

The only hits on V I can remember are:
1) Sir Duction by Mintaka - He was inactive and well, Mintaka is Mintaka
2) Lily by Istaltris-
3) Fireman Bill who got smashed in return

The Fireman Bill hit was particularly telling because he had a great fleet and was one of the top players. The speed and coordination that took place in taking him down was scary.

Touche. Just though i should point out that AZG have the potential to live up to their position as top alliance if they actually tried.

Bleh, i pointed my Zorgometer at AZG when this war started and it detected epic levels of fail. Smash em good.

I am not sure there are enough AZG players with potent enough fleets to manage this without a large number of them getting together, which would offer all kinds of problem logistically alone. I doubt they are going to disband, but they probably will lose a couple of players.

I am of the opinion that a smaller, more concentrated group of players is much more effective than a large group of players. Though, I think there are probably cliques or cabals of players in some of the larger alliances that together can have the same type of effectiveness as a smaller group might have. Still, how many successful ACS Ninjas have there been involving more than two players? I can't think of one.

As most will know - we AZGUARD have stayed out of the forums most of the time... mainly because we're here to enjoy the game and are not interested in engaging in silly and childish slandering conversations.

We started this game as total noobs (as shown in our history), made alot of mistakes - but what you seem to forget is that we learn and are still learning from our mistakes... From the beginning it was stated that a big alliance like AZG seldom succeeds, but if it does it will be dominant... Well that's what we're aiming for - it's a challenge and 1 i gladly accept!

We're a big alliance with members from all walks of life - nice, shy, scared, aggressive and even terrifying people(lol)... but you know what? We can work together and achieve excellence in time... it may not be in the time that V or some of the others expect it to be, but it will happen!

We are here to stay, the sooner you make peace with it the better!

As for how the "war" is going - V, congrats on your victories so far, in the beginning of the game i tried to make peace with you guys with respect, but all i got in return was arrogance and just plain bad manners... You have an attitude that is just not becoming respectful players in games like this - and this is excluding players like sadbutrue and LOW (you i have respect for because you play with honour)..

One day you may just wake up thinking (like a wise man once said ) "we've awaikened a sleeping giant"

One set of stats we should all remember to include in a war thread are the starting number of members and points for each alliance. Be nice to monitor the decline and end results.

If AZG were full of players like this guy, they would be kicking some major *** right now. You earned a lot of respect from me with that post Defiant, just a shame your alliance drags you down.

I know of three skilled and able players in AZG, if they worked together and brought everything to bear im sure they could put a dent in even SoC's or SBT's force. Not be victorious, but enough to show people who they're underestimating.
