What do you consider a spam? I sometimes post a smiley just to be sure I am still connected. The difference between the two single smiley was almost 2 hours Mod Baiting, Warning Issued-DR. Oh yeah I was using a new account and I believe I was acting well as a new player.
The chatroom should be left to those who use it and be moderated only when things go out of control. Not control the chatroom.
There came a point where the current online mod's "friends" are the only people on the chat.
Instead of coming on the forums and complaining about moderation, try raising the issue with Cypher, considering he is the chat admin.
Moderation has nothing to do with the decline of Zorg, nor does the chatroom. in fact, often times a mod will leave their powers turned off until they are needed in chat.
