ok..I destroyed this guys planet defenses and fleet, he has a nice system set up, where I could have gone down the line and done it to ALL 12 in the system. But I chose a 1 and done method. He, in return, finds another planet (no abms on) of mine, and commences returning fire of IPM's. He destroys all my defenses (a very measly sum). Then probes me for so far, 2 days and barrages me with an additional 40 IPMS, most either 5 or 7 at a time. They come AFTER he probes me and sees that I have NOT rebuilt any defenses. Lol, I'm interested in exactly what strategic maneuver he is using. Anybody have any ideas. To me, I'm just laughing me a** off watching him throw his own resources down the drain time and time and time again.

A thing to laugh about? Memel declaring war and then disbanding one member at a time.
