Why does someone always offer to merc.. they have 18 mems. We have 19.. seems fair...why not let the two fight without outside help..they ranked higher anyway..really looks like they showing weakness by needing the outside help when they are already bigger lol

Why? Well we have one member with 9 mil points... And you declared war before she joined us. So, we were 9 mil points behind you. And you bashed our members, destroyed some of our fleets then declare war just so you could get the resources. But having Mercs is fun, and who am I to refuse help to my alliance?
