Can someone please explain to me how I leave an Alliance - specifically one I created!

Click the alliance button on the left of ypur screen. On the upper right half of the screen should have an "Alliance Main" link. Click that. While on your alliance page, hit the "Manage Alliance" button. It should be directly to the right of your rank. Once on the Alliance Management screen, the second option from the bottom should be "Disband Alliance".

Conversely, if you're not the leader of the alliance, click on Alliance, then Alliance Main and scroll to the bottom. There's a button that says Exit from this Alliance.
