You should upgrade. PC is better than consoles. This goes for 360 and ps3. I used to be an analog-stick junkie, too, but PC graphics are better, games have the potential to be much bigger (Minecraft and BF3, for instance), and the game usually runs more smoothly and with less glitches (Fallout: New Vegas and Skyrim, although this is arguable).

I know everyone has there own opinion, but I've been through the phases. I was a die hard Xbox fan up until about a year ago, give or take a few months. "Oh, Xbox is much more competitive online, and the community communicates more." Then I turned to ps3. "It's free, plays blueray, etc." But trust me, as a guy who has played all, PC is the best of all.

the game is still relatively new. PS3 users get access to regular patches which often include bug fixes
