the gap between the top alliance and the next alliance in fleet points is O.O
but in xtreme, its even and pretty close, so there will always be competition >:D

Gradually over time. X was first, standard a few years later.

Xtreme is the backbone is ZE, so to speak. Standard was created as a place for casual players who felt the speed and size of Xtreme was detrimental to the time they had to play, or just people who prefer slower paced play. Every other universe takes Xtreme as a reference and builds upon it to develop unique features.
