#2it depends on the size of the moon(dia) anything less than 9800 dia is succeptable to being easily destroyed by bigger players and should be less developed than the larger moons...personally i build lb,rf,rf,rf,lb,rf,rf,rf,lb,rf rf lg,lb...then acs depot,and other stuff as desired...no storage buildings there.
