Now he has been in VM for ages..when he came out I found his fleet but he FS even after popping a few of his moons..He did well no fleet to be found.. However his fleet showed up just a few systems from a moon of mine a few allies Sprog and Hellboy( Thanx guys ) had found his fleet earlier.. after a small hit by HB it was evident he was not online.. So I sent the deut to the moon close by.. (agonising wait)..launched as soon as the deut landed.. the result is below for you to enjoy.. managed a few follow ups..
