Hi I was just wondering what is the limit of sending IPMs against a players def? How many times can you hit a certain player with IPMs as it isn't really clear and I can't seem to find anything about it in the rules. I am simply asking because I have noticed that this has caused some concerns and have been one of the reasons for weaker players going black and blue in the game.

There are no limitations... You can hit someone million times with single IPM (You'll be reported for spam, but not for bashing)...

So it is reportable = )

If more than 150 launches / 24 hours... (Not meaning 150 IPMs, 150 hits with IPMs) Else - it's not reportable... Maybe better to say - it's reportable, but not punishable...
