I understood that RJ stopped f/saving... So I've decided that I should recycle him (or whatever I could get).
Scanned him and found where his fleet was sitting (after 30 minutes with no raids for him)... Waited like 1 hour - and he started raiding again... OK, let's see when he stops raiding...
3 hours later - he stopped raiding... Let's wait for 2 updates to see if he's moving any fleet... Both updates had diff fleetpoints - so I waited 3-rd... Which was like the last one, and I launched:

While my hit was flying, I gathered the crowd for ACS attack...
