Well what can I say? Got a tip on his fleet and the location, but knew he had a history of dodging attacks. Probed and like expected, he sent his fleet away. Assuming he had launched the entire fleet to his DF or planet for a quick FS, I did a little math and took a chance. I got lucky, although I didn't count on him splitting the fleet, so I missed out on an extra 87 million TD and 50 million DF
