Got a tip that Markus' fleet was down and had been down for a while. Jumped in my RIPs and Recs and probed the target. Come to find out he was on the Scoreboard for most RIPs as well.

Launched my RIPs and Recs and waited the 1.5 hours for the attack. Before the attack, the RIP count on the scoreboard for Markus had increased. Looks like he did an overnight fleet build.
