Some of you may have noticed his sudden v mode with no fleet 2 days ago 
The battle ends in a tie !
The attacker has lost a total of 3.000.000 units.
The defender has lost a total of 73.422.000 units.
A debris field containing 21.688.200 units of Metal and 24.165.000 units of Crystal has formed in orbit around the planet.
The probability of creating a moon is : 19 %
Even though battle ended with a tie, i managed to crash all his fleet. Damn battle engine.
Sent 3 followups, but only 1 went through. He came online before last 2 and put some ships there, just enough to cause a tie against my new shiny ECs

All DF recovered thanks to my recs.
Total profit somewhere around 48 mil. My loses were just LFs.
He went to v mode soon after that, hope he's not quitting.
GLOTR Acid, and make sure players you decide to rip raid next don't have a stronger fleet

I would just like to add that his fleet saves were good. This time he left a half an hour window opened
