1st off I was talking to him the other day, as he had been long time in VM.. I was lucky enough to find his fleet down then..looked tasty..Then got a tip that his fleet was still in the same place and figured he must be FS from there. Moved next door..Popped a couple of moons and got his fleet on Lanx. Now the fun part had to wait 9hrs for the fleet to land on a deploy.. Set attack and waited..However I thought if he came online before his fleet landed (like all good fleete'rs should) He could recall and VM..Stopping my attack.

So I worked out a gala that would give me a 17hrs flight time and launched on the return time from his destination. So I had him covered at both ends.. Well he did come on line before his fleet return, and yes he did recall and VM.. So after 19hrs I finally got his fleet. I must say he took it very well showing great ZE sportsmanship.. Big GLOTR dude when you return.

One small down side is sim said I would lose 5 rips..I lost 17 so did not send enough RC and left behind 59kk metal for some lucky scavenger..lol.. However I am more than happy with the out come and it was fun m8 and well taken..

Yup he got me during a big dyslexic moment. I returned from being gone all day at my weekly sweat lodge to see him attacking and was like well crap, so i recalled figuring even if i cant stop it entirely i can at least make him wait. Then he sent the second attack to the planet it was returning to but he was going to hit it 4 hours AFTER my fleet got back so i thought maybe he just miscalculated and didn't realize it and as long as he didn't i would be ok. Well after sitting there for a while for some reason my brain went all wonky on me like it has a tendency to do after a sweat lodge (anybody who has ever been to one knows this effect) i started thinking that his fleet was going to hit 4 hours BEFORE my fleet was due back so i went in vmode just in case he did realize his mistake and tried to correct it . lol oh well it happens. Good job on that hit bro. You were the first to actually get me since i started during normal type gameplay. the other 2 hits i took were due to zorg being crazy. and i had my fleet returned both times because of it. The good news is at least now I'll finally be able to concentrate on moving my stuff to different areas of the universe like i have been wanting to do now for a while and not worry about fleet saving for a while.

kinda dissapointed i held onto that CR for almost a year that helped get the fleet returned to you only to see it gone in less than a week..oh well that's a different story line.

as many can see i am in VM....who knows when/if there will be a return..

yeah I was working on it but had to try and get some moos with JGs on them and move a few planets around, guess i wasn't fast enough. lol

We had a plan over for ya too, had Righteous missed. I was talking w the tipper and unfortunately I was VMd at the time. Have to apologize on this one, because I had seen the fleet in the same place as well and then heard you were taking it. If I hadn't been blue, we could have set the poppings, lanx-time and the return. I could have hit it too , Sorry guys (to BR).

As for Righteous, a great hit like always. One of the biggest fleets taken out in a while and a sexy ratio. I think a lot of fleeters knew he was going down, but you were the first one to pull the trigger on him

@Malphage. The game has changed a lot since you've been gone. Keeping away from these bug guns is hard as hell... glotr
