Noticed CottonCandy showing fleet with a steady number at update. It was parked on his main moon with heavy defense, as usual (hiding fleet under shells in case of late return seems like an all too common habit on this server…). In an ideal world I would have sent a roamer, but ended up just launching from where I was... Now this was a little interesting, as a good bit of fleet carrying the rest of his res landed as I was in the air, but I was pretty sure he hadn’t come online. Checked the sim and decided to let what I had already sent go through, as launch was not cheap. I was right that he was still offline.

Unfortunately, the high defense on the moon combined with the distance (and the fact that I haven’t been keeping up with building ECs lol) meant I was unable to send follow ups in a timely fashion. I only got one in before he came online.

I collected the vast majority of the DF (over a billion each of metal and crystal), but I hadn’t sent quite enough recs to cover the DF from extra fleet that landed while I was en route, so CottonCandy managed a couple hundred million. Can’t complain, as there was still loads of profit.
