Was there at least a 19% chance at a moon?
Apparently what I am being told that no attacks should be posted unless there is at least a 19% chance in that attack.
Sooooo, not being mean but bring it up with apparently Gozar who made the rule I guess. I am going to ask admin about that. I mean, an attack is an attack.

Yeah I think it was a 19% chance. That or 18%. The debris field should be big enough.

I think it is outrageous that an attack any less than 19% should be disregarded due to the fact of it not being "huge". It discourages smaller players from posting and wanting to be apart of the game. Am I not correct in saying this?

Nope, no rules for the ruby contest on posting combat reports. Im just stating what was told to me.
