i told him its a war game and probing isn't a big deal , he said that he see anyone who prob him as a threat 
so i told him he's doing the right thing after that he said he think i want to attack him and when i do this ill get in sth and he won't tell what it is and he want to surprise me so , so i thought he want to ninja me , from that time his alliance member start looking for my fleet that's when i decide to have fun and attack him , i built some more recycles so if he want to ninja ill get df , send a roamer so ninja me would be a little hard send my recycles first and then my fleet set the time my fleet get there exactly one minute before my recycles get there and launched :The attacker has won the battle !
