I don't get this guy at all. I scan him just after the update. Ten minutes pass and he scans one of my colonies but not the moon. A few minutes pass and to my delight, he has launched. Hour and a half flight time. I had time to catch a show and take out the trash. I set up for the ninja. No further probes from him, not on my moon, not a safety, nothing. I send my fleet to land a second ahead of his and well...
