If you only made 500mil profit why does dr-j fleet save all of a sudden.............? You would be no match for him like before.

Dr-J doesn't leave his fleet visible, rather than directing fleetsaving. He knows that if I chose to come after him, there is more than direct hits. Kami RIPs, and other special tactics could hurt him.

In summary: It was an attack that took advantage of inside information and was carried out without any warning. Not unlike Pearl Harbour. The declaration of war, in that scenario, arrived after the attack. An unfortunate circumstance brought about by a slow typist. The answer above is one reason to fleet save, although a Kami-RIP is a slooooowwww beastie and two can play that game ) So why fleet save? Let me ask you: How big was my fleet yesterday? ~22.4 million points. How big is it today ??? Come to think of it, have you ever seen ALL of my fleet? These are all reasonable questions, aren't they?

ya'll are REALLY this shocked over a supposed backstabbing? Come on people, it's a war game. Backstabbing should be expected, just like in a real life war.

Ah they call it backstabbing because I left VN with the rule that I wouldn't hit a fleet unless it was clearly unprotected. Within few hours of leaving, his fleet was consistently down so why not blow it up. Had nothing to do with on/off times >.<.
