Left a lot of res on a planet that I guess he supposed was "heavily defended". I took that planetary res to cover the costs of the missions which came out a little over even. Then I blew the local moon. Voila! A fleet - there you go...and another couple of hundred million in resources and yet another few hundred mill in the fleet debris as shown below:
