no the way we have it if you dont want to leave your pass to someone to fs for you and you leave your fleet down a member will crash it and return half the df to the crashed player it i a tool we use to a) not feed our enemie and b) enforce the importance of a proper fs..... this is the first time the rule has been enforced but im sure will not be te last
