Well, i had raided him last night but was sad to find no fleet. Today an alliance mate noticed his fleet was down in the same galaxy i happened to be raiding in. He gave me the tip and i scanned to verify and sim. the scan showed fleet and the sim took only a few seconds...i launched and this was the result...
