This hit is dedicated to ~V~, both old and new. Without the teamwork behind this, the hit would never have happened. This may be my last top 10 hit as Ive been planning to leave for a while but couldnt leave without a hit of this magnitude. I wont be gone today or tomorrow, RL pressures are forcing me to leave but I will hang around as long as I can.

Onto the hit... Been a long time planning this one. I had left Ista alone for most of the game, never seen much reason to bother him till I seen the fleet he had. SBT had a failed attempt a while back but then Ista started probing me so I turned my focus to him, found where he liked to FS and popped a mobile in beside him. It took 30 attempts to get a moon, finally got one yesterday thanks to gumppy. Jumped a few RIPs in after I knew Ista was off and popped his moon. There had been a grey area around what actually happened to the fleet as admin said it would disappear but unlike most other things in this game, it actually worked as it is supposed to, I lanxed the fleet returning to the planet.

SBT popped a mobile in there for rec support which I mooned first go, later GWD setup shop too and we were good to go. Had to get up rather late/early but got his fleet on 1 sec lanx.

Ista was a great sport as always. I know a few moochers got some DF but I dont care. I wish Ista the best of luck, never had an issue with you but I seen an opportunity and took it. GL with the mining.

One more note.. Im fairly disappointed in Paradox, shows how quick one is to turn and backstab. I honestly didnt think you were like that. I was disappointed you left but I wasnt going to pursue you as you were a friend of Khan's. The only reason you got this far is through the training we indirectly provided you and the protection you had in this alliance. Mark my words when I say you are next.

well i guess i have to just come out and make it clear so no more insuniations - i discussed leaving V before and SoC had no problem with that, so he said... yesterday i just talk to Ista and made my decision.. very sudden i admit.. but i said all cortuous goodbyes and was very positive - this morning i woke up- Ista had moon destroyed - no 1 and 2 lanxed him - i was shocked - what am i to do? well when you make the decision at least you need to be consistant - i worked all day long to gather 80k deut to acs Ista . guess what - i blew it - i missed it for 1 min - and we would have won - i had 60k LF , 40k BXand 12k DS - DF would still be mostly collected by Sad and Soc but we would have won - i'm sorry Ista i let you down and to you SoC - i relly am not scared - you want my fleet you get it or send your newly acquirred mad dog, for who's fleet you would give an arm an a leg to get to few days ago - so just don't talk about loyalty to me - i asked for your permission the last time - why such a drama now? you may get my fleet, and i will try to avoid you, fair enough ... just remember you never owned me and i did not back stab .. you had no problem me leaving, remember? to the rest i won't be even bothered to respond ...[/color]

I had no issue before nor now about you leaving, I told you Id be upset but if you werent happy, you gotta do what you gotta do. This is not my issue here. Never for 1 sec have I thought I "Owned you" but you tried to ninja me, THAT p!$$es me off.

The thought crossed my mind that you could hurt me but I honestly thought more of you and didnt worry about it. I have been disloyal to nobody here, so dont imply it. Im not responsible for other peoples reasoning, loyalty or arguments but I trusted you and had faith you wouldnt screw me, stupid me. My issue is you, nobody else.

And as for gumppy, yes I wanted his fleet, any fleeter would. Myself and gumpp have always been probing one another but we were still friendly. Either one of us would have crashed one another in an instant given the opportunity.

This is all I have to say on the matter, dont turn this thread into a flame war.

I had a feeling my old friends wouldn't screw me either Squirrel, whaddya know, we're in the same boat. Things like this are not easily forgotten, the coming weeks/months will see a change in this game, it's gonna get a whole lot more fun.

Putting all the obscenities aside, all i can say is, this is by far the most fun i have had on ZE in a month or more, perhaps ever. Talk about a way to rally to spirits!

Again, great stuff Squirrel, way to leave a mark on the game!

i didn't keep tabs on anyone from rawk where they FS'd from where they are at or fleetsize..
matter of fact you was warned about SoC's intensions the other night

let me scroll thru the 387 PM's from yesterday...nope not 1 asking me if i wanted to tag along and embark on this game refresh and education program..

you think i screwed ya...go ahead and live that dream..think you will take my fleet out...all i have to say on that is don't bring a knife to a gun fight and bring it when you are ready!

I guess friendship has takin on new meanings today..as for the rest of the zorg universe..it's business as usual..keep those fleets safe the resources hidden and you'll have nothing to fear...leave the keys in the ignition and chances are the shinny ships you built won't be sitting there in the morning!

First and formost, CONGRATS SoC!!!! When I first saw the CR, one word........INSANE. :o

Well, I'm not even sure where to even start...I can honestly say I never saw what has taken place in the last couple of days EVER happening but I feel the change is good. It feels a little surreal at first having a few of your biggest enemies on your team, but after talking to them and getting a feel for things you realize it's pretty damn cool.

To ista, we had been going back forth (mainly playing around) the last couple of weeks and when I got word of the possible hit I couldnt believe it....but sooner or later if theyre after you, prepare youself...lol I also have to comment on your sportsmanship. You have the upmost of my respect, top notch in my book!

Well, Im personally proud to be part of ~V~. The members of the V have worked very hard to make it what it is today and Im glad to be a part of it.

Congrats again SoC one hell of a hit...and as always GLOTR Ista.
