Sorry Rob but all your messages relating to times that you sent Spog do not add up.. 1st off based on your own PM's your fleet was out approximately 5 hrs and returned 5 hrs early not the 8hrs you state above.. this coincides with FS to planet/moon on a 1%...now if you sent on a ACS defend then yes just short of 10hr FS...but looks as if you sent on a deploy by mistake... thus back 5 hrs sooner than you expected..Based on all the probes reports from you on me early this morning...and the time you state you were off line do not add up... If someone was trying to set you up why probe me from a moon other than where you fleet was.. (different gala altogether).

The odds that I would be online when your fleet returned and able to hit are almost impossible to predict..

You are asking all in the game to believe in such foul play by someone who has nothing to gain... I have had the same password for over 5yrs... and this account has never been hacked... (sometimes I wish it had have been) ...You also state that this happened before and your account placed in V mode... why... what would that achieve... unless it was your wife/girlfriend then I could understand..?

In fact the more I think about it...the more this excuse sounds absurd.. Unless you real have p***ed off your wife/girlfriend.. if so you were not hacked...

Most common theory out there sent to me via messages outside Zorg was that fleet was possibly on deploy therefore only half of predicted time was served on the f/s....something I have done myself on a couple of occasions but got very lucky as fleet still intact upon return. The other theory is that the account was hacked in what I can only calculate roughly as a 2 possibly 3 hour window if RJ was offline. This would also speculate that the hacker worked out the return time in the hope that Gozar would be online (with fleet down) and assume RJ had not logged into his account since log off....not sure Zorg can state for sure what IP addresses were used for any accounts concerned due to proxies etc....would hopefully assume MAC addresses for any device used to login could also be checked for any accounts concerned. For anyone to outrightly state that someone cheated and was in collaboration with Gozar seems a little farcical. This isn't aimed at Zorton...it is aimed at CrushedIce who never repsonds here personally, yet resorts to sending me cheats/hackers/get a ban accusations and threats all the time (have to say I would block him but they keep alliance and myself amused). Theories and speculations....part n parcel of the Zorg experience and all part of the fun.

Ok I understand now you were generalizing... But seeing the size of Rob's fleet I am the only player that could have taken it.. Thus I could have easily been at work..or something else in RL to prevent me attacking... Just does not seem any reason that someone would hack just Rob's account...with today's Firewalls and alike I do not think a game of this typed would warrant such difficulty... one other question why use the same password for both accounts when you have already meant to have been hacked..? I never did when I played more than one server..?

Gozar and Destruction are both well players , congrats gozar for taking this fleet and this huge numbers , and Glotr Destruction .
about hacking , i really dont think Destruction would forget when his fleet come back or doing a mistake like deploy his fleet as it never happened for him before .
i think its better to let Zorg decide about it .

I'm not on this server much atm but I wanted to ask, if the debate concerns whether the fleetsave was a recalled ACS defend or an accidental deploy mission, then surely there will be transport messages saying 'parking fleet' / 'Back from ACS defend' etc that admin can check....?

As a neutral it is hard to say which side is correct but if it stands then GLOTR Destruction, you have built great fleets before and I'm sure you can do so again.

If there are suspicions of account hijacking, then the following rule applies:

Generally, account hijacking is possible by password guessing or sharing. Do NOT share your password with anyone else. You cannot control how many people may learn it after that.

The only case where we would reverse a HIT (we have done it once so far, if I recall correctly and still, we have only reversed losses and not winnings) is the case where the attacker is the proved criminal.

Now, on this case, we could run an in-depth check and see what exactly happened. We will communicate with RJ for this, as he is the one involved in this. We will publish any results to Gozar, as he is the other party involved. So, please, stop cheating speculation here.

Well I agree partly in you post.. Let ZE investigate...

I am sure that this is a simple error misjudgement... as hard as it is to accept.. I am sure I would feel the same as RJ...yet I can honestly say I have made mistakes.. and plenty of them... that is why there is a thing called "Human Error "... and only we make them...computers only run programs..based on the input..given.
