MegaMedes [RAWK] Vs KUN [AZG]

#1
I must tip my hat KUN for a sweet ninja and me being lazy and not safety probing. Let this be a lesson to all who make a double hit on a player. I think, though I am not sure, that KUN let me get away with the first hit. The first hit was a sweet one.

The attacker has won the battle !
Winnings: Metal 601.188 Crystal 306.685 Deuterium 152.623
Attacker Loss: The attacker has lost a total of 0 units.
Defender Loss: The defender has lost a total of 9.042.600 units.
Debris Field: Metal 3.672.360 Crystal 1.509.600
Info: The probability of creating a moon is : 19 %

All DF collected. I thought to myself...sweetness, I got a nice hit.

However the second didn't go in my favor:

The defender has won the battle !
Winnings: Metal 0 Crystal 0 Deuterium 0
Attacker Loss: The attacker has lost a total of 38.000.000 units.
Defender Loss: The defender has lost a total of 4.435.300 units.
Debris Field: Metal 11.605.380 Crystal 13.561.800
Info: The probability of creating a moon is : 19 %

All I can say is...sweet ninja Kun.

I was just following Gumps and coolhands example...and have been told to do them different...And Rob had told me, back when he was will IB:

Always...and I mean always...safety probe.

I didn't and that is what happened.

I would agree...safety probing gets redundant...but even doing it once...would have saved me...and who knows...I could still have those that I lost...I mourn you...o great ships that served me so well.
