while. he probed one of my planets one day and i probed him back and seen he had a nice fleet. the next day i probed him again when i seen his fleet on updates. later that night i seen him on updates again. the next day i placed a colony and got it a moon. built my lunar base and his fleet come up on updates again so i probed to see it on his moon, his planet had activity so i waited. awhile and insta built my JG and launched at full speed.
