I don't usually post a big hit until I have rebuilt any losses I have suffered. For this one, I was going to wait until tonight and if Belligerant had not posted it, I would have. Not one I was exactly looking to celebrate.

I suspect AZG may have a thing about posting in the forums, as it seems it is Defiant who usually posts on behalf of AZG, but is the only one. I could be wrong.

#1 mention I've not been on the forum as Def does all the posting for AZG, this may be true..
But for me I'm crap at typing and crap x2 in spelling :? ..So it takes me to much time to do
anything in the forums...

Good luck on the rebuild- both of you.
It's a game and should be treated as that lol, and it's also good to see a player like Khan give praise in a draw
to his Opp=me! .... I don't have a strong fleet like you big fellers but I got def ;) ....

As a noob I got to ask whf this Turtle D? :?

Cheers..

There are generally recognized to be 4 player types and the truth is most players are a blend of a few of them

1) Turtles- Associated with a very strong defense. Most of their points come from defensive structures/units.

2) Traders/Miners- Usually have very high mines and trade in resources. In trading resources, they develop partnerships with other players to prevent their attack and/or help defend against others attacking. Expect them to have large amounts of cargo ships they use transport resources and fleetsave (if they are smart).

3) Raiders/Farmers- They make their money off of attacking inactive and weaker players. Though each attack is a relatively small profit, they add up. Done correctly, raiding can be very profitable. The best Raiders often develop into Fleeters.

4) Fleeters - These are the guys with the big guns. They look for large fleets to recycle with overwhelming force. These are usually the guys you see with the Hall of Fame hits and with the huge profits to be made from fleeting are often the ones you would expect to see at the top of the ranks. Unless you are the Alpha Dog in the Galaxy (see Mintaka), there are usually those hunting the hunters. Very risky, but in my opinion the most exciting style.
