What can I say I had been watching and knew someone was using these ruby moons.. moved one roamer and began popping a few moons..tracking the system just a few systems over was Grimes aka Fleethound well this meant his moon was next.. well after 8 MD missions at a huge risk I sent the 30k plus rips at his moon.. the risk being if the 1% went against me, would have been the loss of 225 billion that's more than double anyone has ever lost before.. Luck was in twice.. rips returning and a good chunk of Grimes fleet on lanx.. decided due to deut cost and times to place a roamer a little closer.. and the rest is below.. sadly only got the one pm when he saw the MD mission on its way but as his recall time had passed he knew what was coming..

manage a few follow ups but due to a error in the Battle engine one of the follow ups fleets ended up in front of the main attack fleet.. this error has since been corrected by ZE.. and issue resolved.

a huge Glotr Grimes/Fleethound at least you have a big chunk of your fleet left you will just have to rebuild your LG's.

Good hit Gozar. Why would you risk that many RIPS after all of the work put in?

I guess if you take big risks you gain largely.

Well what's the point in having a fleet if you don't use it? Risk is always going to be a factor.

I know risk is always a factor, but taking a 1% chance at losing your rips compared to the .00001 percent chance that he would lose even 1 rip in a regular battle?

I would hate to see him quit once he lost his rips like most other players would.

A ton of moons need to be replaced due to this exercise in brute force, but was a good hunt on Gozar's part. We play the game and we take our licks. The systematic destruction of a galaxy seemed a bit much to me, but in hindsight.. trivial. I knew something was wrong when I woke TH, I had been probed and saw the roamer. I recalled immediately, but it was just too far out. I wasn't concerned with myself, but when I saw all the moons vanishing.. I was just trying to account for anyone else in the area. One day, his RIPs will implode.. just not today. Nice work Gozar.

Well executed Gozar , even if it implied a big load of risks , finnaly it was worth it.
I know FH is / was a hard guy to catch , but we all also knew where he kept his fleets , just that he never slipped on a FS , as we were waiting.
