I was just peacefully raiding a galaxy. This means i had about 150 esp reports. After about 30 minutes I see this juicy tid-bit in my list. I rescan and the fleet is still there. Unfortunately, the roamer i was raiding from did not have the fleet there to take him. I had to take him from my main colony in that galaxy which meant rips so as to save on deut. I took the risk of him coming on and launched. 1 hour 47 minutes later....
